1. Service Description

BestRankingList is a social entertainment platform offering a virtual arcade game. The game uses fictional virtual credits which:

• Have no real monetary value
• Cannot be converted into cash or any item of value
• Are provided free of charge by the platform
• Exist solely for virtual entertainment enjoyment

BestRankingList is NOT a real-money gaming or betting operator.

2. Access Requirements

• Legal capacity: you must have legal capacity to accept these terms

• Decisions made by members based on game outcomes

8. Termination

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
